Mobile Dewatering
The Mobile Dewatering Unit is an automated V-FOLD® Folding Belt Filter Press built for continuous sludge dewatering. It sets up quickly requiring minimal connections, and converts liquid sludge into landfill-ready filter cake. The system can be constructed on a float style or enclosed trailer.
The system is supplied with all necessary ancillaries for a complete, turnkey dewatering solution — ideal for municipalities and industrial operators who service multiple sites. The result: a versatile, cost-effective way to manage sludge across a several facilities.
The V-FOLD Mobile Dewatering Unit is self-contained and can be automated, requiring minimal operator attention during ongoing operation. It’s especially well-suited to municipalities managing several small-scale sewage treatment plants, or industrial operators with multiple wastewater sites.
Two sizes, built in Canada
V-FOLD Mobile Dewatering Units are manufactured in Canada by VFOLD Inc. in two sizes: the SS600™ and the larger Maxi-V®. Both feature an intuitive HMI operator display for monitoring and control, minimizing the risk of human error and keeping the process fully integrated. Alarms flag common faults and parameter issues before they become costly problems — saving operators time and hassle.
VFOLD Inc. also offers the SS600™ on a hire contract, including mobilization, operator training, and demobilization.
